Events/Customer Service Trainee

To continue our efforts in the Atlanta region, we are hiring an Events/Customer Service Trainee immediately.
Responsibilities of an Events/Customer Service Trainee:
- Communicating with donors in person in a professional, empathetic, and respectful manner emphasizes the impact we can make in our community
- The Events/Customer Service Trainee is responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all event and promotions requirements through company provided forms
- Attend in-person and virtual Events/Customer Service Trainee meetings to increase client knowledge
- Provide support to families and community members
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with the consumers, clients, and other team members
- Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow Events/Customer Service Trainee team members to increase awareness
- Establish concrete, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management
Requirements of an Events/Customer Service Trainee:
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in Events, Sales, or Customer Service
- Reliable, natural problem solver, and can think on your feet in a high-energy environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- The candidate must possess a strong student mentality and willingness to learn
- A competitive edge with the want to inherit more responsibilities
